Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Grounded Roots does not accept returns or issue refunds for live plants or clones.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation at [office@groundedroots.eu](mailto:office@groundedroots.eu). We’ll assess each case individually and do our best to make it right.
