1) General Information
What is Grounded Roots GmbH?
Grounded Roots GmbH is a legally registered company in Austria specializing in the sale of plant cuttings (clones) intended exclusively for ornamental and collector purposes. No statements, guarantees, or advice are provided regarding germination, cultivation, or cannabinoid-producing activities. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local regulations.
Are your products legal?
Yes. Grounded Roots GmbH conducts its commercial activities under Austrian and applicable EU regulations. The products are sold strictly as non-germinated ornamental and collector plant cuttings. No guidance or encouragement is provided for cultivation or any use that may be restricted by law.
2) Pricing and Ordering
Is there still an Unlock Fee?
No. Grounded Roots no longer applies any Unlock Fee. All available plant varieties may be purchased without any activation or unlocking cost.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 3 plant cuttings (clones) per order.
How does the tier-based pricing system work?
Pricing is automatically adjusted in the online shop based on the total quantity of clones added to the cart. The more units purchased, the lower the unit price.

3) Shipping
Where do you ship?
Grounded Roots ships to Austria and selected EU member states. Availability may vary. If shipping is not available to your region, the online checkout will display a notice.
What shipping methods are available?
Austria: Standard & Express Shipping
Selected EU countries: Express Shipping only
When do you ship live plant cuttings?
Shipments are generally prepared Monday to Wednesday (excluding holidays) to minimize transit times.
How are clones packaged for safe delivery?
All plant cuttings are packaged using methods designed to provide:
- humidity retention,
- temperature and shock protection,
- secure root-zone enclosure.
4) Receiving and Handling
What should I do upon receiving my order?
Upon arrival, customers should:
1. Open the package carefully.
2. Allow plants to acclimate gradually to ambient temperature.
3. Maintain adequate humidity and avoid direct intense light during initial acclimation.
No instructions, guidance, or advice will be provided concerning cultivation or growth.
5) Cancellations, Returns & Support
Can orders be amended or cancelled?
Requests may be submitted to office@groundedroots.eu as soon as possible. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, modification may no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted unless legally required.

Es werden keine Aussagen, Garantien oder Beratungen zur Keimung, Kultivierung oder Produktion von Cannabinoiden abgegeben. Kund:innen sind selbst für die Einhaltung der geltenden Rechtsvorschriften verantwortlich.
Sind die Produkte legal?
Ja. Die Produkte werden ausschließlich als nicht gekeimte Zier- und Sammler-Stecklinge verkauft. Es erfolgt keine Anleitung oder Förderung einer Nutzung, die gesetzlich eingeschränkt sein könnte.
2) Preise und Bestellung
Gibt es weiterhin eine Unlock-Gebühr?
Nein. Grounded Roots erhebt keine Unlock-Gebühr mehr. Alle verfügbaren Sorten können ohne Freischaltungsgebühr erworben werden.
Was ist die Mindestbestellmenge?
Die Mindestbestellmenge beträgt 3 Stecklinge pro Bestellung.

4) Empfang und Umgang
Was ist beim Empfang zu beachten?
Nach Erhalt der Sendung:
1. Paket vorsichtig öffnen.
2. Pflanzen langsam an Umgebungstemperatur gewöhnen.
3. Auf ausreichende Luftfeuchtigkeit achten und direkte starke Lichtquellen anfangs vermeiden.
