**Shipping Policy**

We currently ship within Austria and selected EU countries.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Live clone orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Grounded Roots is not responsible for delays or damage caused by incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
